Phil Grove is the Chairman of Amano School and was co-founder of the Amano project, along with Michael Pflaum (pictured left) who is vice-Chairman. Phil is pictured below with his wife Valerie who also takes a very active role in Amano, especially in dormitory matters. Phil was asked to provide an ‘official welcome’ for visitors to this site:
